About the event
The first and last week are testing. In the remaining weeks, you will learn how to safely fall forward, backwards and even sideways. There will be an educational handout each session, exercises, practice falling (VERY controlled) and homework each class. You do NOT have to attend each week. You will still receive the handouts.
